Personalised pricing is what we do instead of offering you a plan. This means we offer our best possible price for your household based on where you live, how your meter is set-up, the amount of power you use over the year and when you use it.
Dynamic pricing means the price of our power goes up and down seasonally reflecting costs on the electricity wholesale market. In summer when power is cheaper, we pass those savings on to you. In winter our prices increase, but only slightly.
