Powershop’s mobile app helps Ken and Laura, who have been customers for 18 months, keep on top of their power. They enjoy being able to monitor their usage and purchase special packs when they pop up.
I like using a company with modern technology because it's just easier to keep tabs on things. You don't have to find the paper statement that was sent and wonder what you did with it or if it's fallen off the fridge.
I like the ease of use with the Powershop app. And the transparency, how much you are using, so you know how much you've paid for. It's just nice to lock that in and you can monitor it all and don't worry about it.
