Hot water hero
If you're eligible, we may opt you into Hot Water Hero
It's our way of rewarding clever customers who let us work a little magic with their hot water. In return, you pocket a sweet $10 credit on your bill every month.*You let us pause supply to your hot water at times during the day, and your cylinder does the rest (like a thermal champ).
You probably won’t even notice - but your power bill will.
