Like and comment on the Powershop NZ Easter E-scooter and merch Instagram giveaway competition in partnership with Love From Your Dads post and tag a mate to go into the draw to win one prize (Prize) comprising of :
- an InMotion air electric scooter,
- a LIVALL Smart4u SH55M Smart Helmet,
- a Powershop Hoodie,
- a Powershop Tote and
- a Powershop drink bottle.
- some easter chocolate
How it works
Anyone can enter to win by commenting and tagging a mate (who does not need to be a Powershop NZ customer) on the official competition post and following @powershopnz and @lovefromyourdads on Instagram from Thursday 28th of March 2024 to midnight Tuesday 2nd of April 2024 (the Promotional Period).
Anyone who fits the eligibility criteria (see below) (including non-Powershop NZ customers) can enter multiple times (within reason), spam accounts will be excluded. Powershop NZ reserves the right to judge whether they deem an entry genuine or spam). The winner will be randomly selected from the entries on Wednesday 3rd of April 2024.
The winner will be contacted via Instagram and may be asked for proof of eligibility to claim the prize.
The prize
There is one prize to be won.
The Prize will be sent out to the winner within 10 business days of the winner supplying postage details to Powershop NZ.
You agree to your name and contact details being shared with suppliers' for the purposes of transferring the prize to you.
You will accept the suppliers’ terms and conditions of supply, privacy policy and any other of the suppliers’ reasonable terms and conditions, relating to the supply of the prize to you, including as available on the suppliers' website https://electricscootershop.co.nz/pages/terms-and-condition.
You will contact the supplier directly if there are any queries or issues relating to the prize.
Eligibility to enter and win
- Each person is eligible to enter multiple times and must:
- be over 18 and a New Zealand resident;
- be a natural person (i.e. not a business or other entity);
- not be an employee or contractor of Powershop NZ (and its related companies) or their immediate families;
- meet all the entry requirements (like, comment and follow)
The comment on the competition post must not be inappropriate, suggestive, or contain abusive language. Powershop NZ reserves the right (in its absolute discretion) to determine whether a comment is inappropriate, suggestive, or contains abusive language.

The Draw
The winning entries will be selected by the Powershop NZ team on Wednesday 3rd of April 2024. The Powershop NZ team reserve the right to exclude any entry for any reason.
Powershop NZ will attempt to contact the winner by comment reply and/or private message from the official Instagram profile. If contact is not made within 48 hours of the prize draw, the Prize will be deemed to be forfeited and Powershop NZ will conduct a redraw.
The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Powershop NZ reserves the right to use the Prize winner’s name and region, and their entry into this competition for publicity purposes without payment or other compensation.
If the Prize (or part of the Prize) is or becomes unavailable, Powershop NZ may reserve the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) with another prize equal in value and/or specification. Updated terms and conditions and details from a new supplier will be given with the prize if so.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Powershop NZ (and any associated agencies), including any employees, contractors, officers, directors and agents, is not liable to any person for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or any damages, expenses, or costs whatsoever, including without limitation any damage to property or personal injury suffered as a result of or in connection with winning the Prize.
Once the Prize has been sent out to the winners, Powershop NZ has no liability for any failure to comply with or delay in complying with its obligations in respect of the Prize due to any circumstances beyond Powershop NZ’s reasonable control.
This giveaway is not affiliated with Meta, InMotion or The Electric Scooter Shop or any other brands prizes are acquired from other than Powershop NZ.
