Powershop 'Art by Yoii' Super Special

Purchase the ‘Art by Yoii’ Special available in the shop from 24 – 26 June 2025 and comment on our social pages why you want to win either the original artwork,or a tattoo by Anna Johnstone (aka Yoii), and you will go in the specific draw to win  the prize mentioned in your comment.  To be eligible to win a prize, you must be a Powershop customer on the date of the draw.  Employees and contractors of Powershop and their immediate families are not eligible to win.

Winner of the tattoo prize must be over18 years of age and make their own way, to Wellington to claim their prize. All costs associated with travel to Wellington to claim this prize must be paid by the winner. The tattoo is valued up to $500 the design of the tattoo is chosen by the winner.

Powershop accepts no responsibility for payment to Anna Johnstone for a tattoo valued at greater than $500, nor to the winner for payment of an amount should the value of the tattoo be less than $500. 

Winner of the artwork prize will be sent an original A2 framed, piece of Anna Johnstone art selected by the artist.This will be of similar genre to the weekly pack design tile and cannot be exchanged for a different artwork. Artwork will not be shipped internationally. 

Winners will be randomly selected via a random draw which will be completed on Monday 1 August 2025 (or such other date as determined by Powershop) and winners advised as soon as practicable following the draw.

Winners will be contacted via their Powershop account email or directly through Facebook or Instagram and may be asked to provide proof of eligibility.  Winners will have two weeks to claim the prize from the date we advise them that they have won.  If a winner does not respond within the two weeks, they will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and Powershop has the right to randomly draw a replacement winner.  The artwork prize will be sent to the winner within 30 business days of supplying the details to claim their prize. An appointment for the tattoo must be made by the winner within 30 business days of supplying the details to claim their prize.

The prize will be sent toand can be claimedby the account holder only. It is up to the account holder to have up to date email and phone number information on their account.

Each account holder can win a maximum of one prize.

By accepting the prize, the winners will be deemed to have accepted the prize suppliers’ terms and conditions of supply, privacy policy and any other of the suppliers’ terms and conditions relating to the prize. 

Powershop reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or operating in violation of these terms and conditions.

If a winner does not meet the eligibility at the time of the draw, Powershop will conduct a redraw.

Powershop will contact the winners and confirm use of their details on our social pages. Powershop will not use customer details without confirmation.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Powershop (and any related companies or associated agencies), including any employees, contractors, officers, directors and agents, is not liable to any person for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or any damages, expenses, or costs whatsoever and is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.

Powershop’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The prizes are not transferrable, refundable, or redeemable for cash. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, Powershop reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal value and specification.

Powershop reserves the right to extend, cancel or amend the competition at any time. Powershop may also vary this offer at any time by posting revised terms and conditions on our website.

Powershop reserves the right to verify the identity of any entrant (including an entrant's identity, age, city/town of residence) and to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where false or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
