Terms and Conditions
- To enter the competition, participants must comment on the Powershop giveaway post on Facebook or Instagram between Tuesday 31 March and Tuesday 7 April 2026, to enter the draw to win 1 of 5 $50 MTA vouchers. No purchase is required.
The giveaway is open to both Powershop customers and non‑customers. Employees and contractors of Powershop and their immediate families are not eligible to win. - Winners will be randomly selected via a random draw which will be completed after Tuesday 7 April 2026 (or such other date as determined by Powershop) and winners advised as soon as practicable following the draw.
- Winners will be contacted directly through Facebook or Instagram, depending on the channel they entered on, and may be asked to provide proof of eligibility. Winners must provide their email address to redeem the prize.
Winners will have two weeks to claim the prize from the date they are advised they have won. If a winner does not respond within two weeks, they will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and Powershop has the right to randomly draw a replacement winner.
The prize will be sent to the winner within 30 business days of supplying the required details to claim the prize. - The prize will be emailed to the individual who entered the competition. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure the contact details they provide are correct.
- Each entrant can win a maximum of one (1) prize.
- By accepting the prize, the winners will be deemed to have accepted the prize supplier’s terms and conditions of supply, privacy policy, and any other of the supplier’s terms and conditions relating to the prize.
- Powershop reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or operating in violation of these terms and conditions.
- If a winner does not meet the eligibility requirements at the time of the draw, Powershop will conduct a redraw.
- Powershop will contact the winners and confirm use of their details on Powershop social pages. Powershop will not use entrant details without confirmation.
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Powershop (and any related companies or associated agencies), including any employees, contractors, officers, directors and agents, is not liable to any person for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or any damages, expenses, or costs whatsoever and is not responsible for any third‑party acts or omissions.
- Powershop’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The prizes are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, Powershop reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal value and specification.
- Powershop reserves the right to extend, cancel, or amend the competition at any time. Powershop may also vary this offer by posting revised terms and conditions on its website.

- By entering the competition, entrants accept these terms and conditions with Powershop and agree to be contacted by Powershop in relation to this competition.
