How to read your bill

No mysteries here

Not sure what you’re looking at? No worries. Here’s a quick guide to help you understand your bill and stay in control of your power.

A. Your account number

B. This is the date of your account review, the date your bill was generated.

C. The account holders name(s)

D. The account holders postal address

E. How much you owe (if any)

F. Your preferred payment method that we will charge if you have any amount owning on the due date

G. Think of this as a monthly receipt. It tells you how much your Powerpacks cost and the date we received your payment. If you didn’t buy enough powerpacks to cover your usage for the billing period, you’ll be charged ‘Standard Power’

H. ‘CR’ refers to when we have received payment from you throughout the billing period

I. This refers to the cost of the Powerpack

J. The amount you owe and when it is due

K. Your billing period

L. The address of the property

M. Your ICP number. This is your properties unique identifier in the energy world.

N. Your Powershop ‘Standard Rates’. This is what you’ll be charged if you do not purchase any Powerpacks during the billing period. Your rates are typically made up of a daily fixed charge and separate charges for every kilowatt hour (kWh) of power you use.

O. The total kilowatt (kWh) consumed this billing period

P. The total worth of power consumed this billing period

Q. These are all the Powerpacks you bought during this billing cycle

R. This column tells you the date you purchased each Powerpack

S. This column tells you the amount you paid for each Powerpack

T. This column tells you how much worth of power you received from each Powerpack
