Can you provide the photo of your meter?
You’ll find your ICP number in the email we sent you, or on your electricity bill. It’s 15 characters long (e.g., 0000123456RN12B).
Please make sure the meter reading and serial number are clearly visible and in focus. Avoid glare or shadows, and use good lighting so all numbers can be read easily.
