In order for us to install your import/export meter, we need a copy of the approval letter from your network.
  • A distributed generation facility will be installed at the installation address stated on this form, which is intended to be connected to the local electricity network and may generate electricity into it.
  • I confirm that I am the owner of the property at the installation address stated in this form and/or that I am authorised by the owner to install and operate the distributed generation facility at this address.
  • I confirm the distributed generation facility inverter will not be turned on until the meter set up is complete.
  • I have read and accept Powershop's Standard Terms and Conditions
  • I undertake to ensure the distributed generation facility complies with all relevant standards and/or statutory or regulatory requirements and any requirements of the relevant network company.
  • I consent to Powershop disclosing the information provided above to the relevant network company and other such parties as is required.
  • I confirm I have advised Powershop of my current GST registration status.
