If you’ve purchased power through our online shop, you can refund the purchase to your Powershop account within 48 hours.
Refunding Powerpacks
If you change your mind about buying a Powerpack, you can refund the purchase yourself (within 48 hours) by logging in to the app on your mobile or desktop.
- Your refund will be applied as a credit to your Powershop account and not your bank account or credit card, unless exceptional circumstances apply or you have closed your Powershop account.
- You will not be able to refund Powerpacks that have already been consumed in your previous Account Review period.
How do I apply for a refund?
To action a refund, log in to your desktop account and click on the ‘Transactions’ tab. You’ll see a ‘refund’ button next to any Powerpacks you’ve bought in the last 48 hours.
Need a refund after 48 hours?
You may still be eligible for a refund after 48 hours. You’ll just need to chat with our friendly customer care team members and request a refund. You can do this by contacting us via the Live Chat on our website.
