Refunds

If you’ve purchased power through our online shop, you can refund the purchase to your Powershop account within 48 hours.

Refunding Powerpacks

If you change your mind about buying a Powerpack, you can refund the purchase yourself (within 48 hours) by logging in to the app on your mobile or desktop. Your refund will be applied as a credit to your Powershop account and not your bank account or credit card, unless exceptional circumstances apply or you have closed your Powershop account. You will not be able to refund Powerpacks that have already been consumed in your previous Account Review period.

Need a refund after 48 hours? 

You may still be eligible for a refund after 48 hours. You’ll just need to chat with our friendly customer care team members and request a refund. You can do this by contacting us via the Live Chat on our website. 

How do I apply for a refund? 

To action a refund, log in to your desktop account and click on the ‘Transactions’ tab. You’ll see a ‘refund’ button next to any Powerpacks you’ve bought in the last 48 hours.
