Comment on the W1G1 Facebook post and tell us what you love about Powerpacks, the emoji of the pack you would like to win and gift and tag the friend you would like to gift the “gift one” to. You’ll then go in the draw to win that specific pack (containing a $200 Powershop power credit and a $200 themed voucher, depending on the pack you win.)
How it works
Powershop customers can enter to win by commenting and tagging a friend on Powershop’s official Facebook page post: https://www.facebook.com/13687049978/posts/10153427598284979 from 9am Thursday 15th of December 2022 to midday Tuesday 20th of December 2022 (the Promotional Period).
Customers can enter once for each of the 3 pack prizes available. You will only be eligble to win one of them.
The winner will be randomly selected from the comments
The prize
There are 3 prize packs to be won. Each prize pack has a $200 Powershop power credit and a $200 voucher to either: Mitre 10, Trilogy Skincare New Zealand, or Cactus Outdooor. The winner will have the Powershop credit credited to their account and the voucher emailed to them. The recipient of the “gift one” will receive the same prize. This competition is not endorsed, sponsored or administered by Facebook, nor is Facebook associated with this contest.
The recipient of the “gift one” does not have to be a current Powershop customer. In the case they are not a current Powershop customer, they will have the choice to either;
a) switch to Powershop to receive their prize credit and prize voucher to either: Mitre 10, Trilogy Skincare New Zealand, or Cactus Outdooor. Winning this prize credit will not affect your eligibility for the $150 signup credit over your first 12 months.
or b) Forfeit the prize credit and only receive the $200 prize voucher to either: Mitre 10, Trilogy Skincare New Zealand, or Cactus Outdooor.
The credit will be credited to the winners within 5 days of them supplying account details. The voucher will be emailed to the winners within 5 days of supplying an email address.
Eligibility to enter and win
Each person is only eligible to enter once for each prize pack (3) and must:
- be over 18 and a New Zealand resident;
- be a natural person (i.e. not a business or other entity);
- be a Powershop residential customer;
- not be an employee or contractor of Powershop (and its related companies) or their immediate families;
- comment what they love about Powerpacks, tag a friend and indicate which pack they would like to win and gift – no other forms of entry will be considered:

A comment about what you love about Powerpacks, tag a friend and indicate which pack you would like to win and gift means: a comment that is not inappropriate, suggestive, or contain abusive language. Powershop NZ reserves the right (in its absolute discretion) determine whether a comment is inappropriate, suggestive, or contains abusive language.
By entering this competition, you agree to these terms and conditions.
The Draw
The winning entries will be randomly selected as at midday on Tuesday the 20th of December 2022.
Powershop NZ will attempt to contact the winner by comment reply and/or private message from the official Powershop NZ Facebook Page. If contact is not made within 24 hours of the prize draw, the Prize will be deemed to be forfeited and Powershop will conduct a redraw.
The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The winner be a Powershop customer at the time of the Prize draw, and if they have left Powershop, their Prize will be forfeited, and a re-draw will take place.
Powershop reserves the right to use the Prize winner’s name and region, and their entry into this competition for publicity purposes without payment or other compensation.
The Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, Powershop may reserve the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) with another prize equal in value and/or specification.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Powershop (and any associated agencies), including any employees, contractors, officers, directors and agents, is not liable to any person for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or any damages, expenses, or costs whatsoever, including without limitation any damage to property or personal injury suffered as a result of or in connection with winning the Prize.
Once the Prize has been sent out to the winners, Powershop has no liability for any failure to comply with or delay in complying with its obligations in respect of the Prize due to any circumstances beyond Powershop’s reasonable control.
Powershop makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or any other issues that may exist with the Prize.
Powershop may change these terms and conditions in its sole discretion at any time by notice on its Facebook page. Powershop reserves the right to amend or cease running this competition at any time by notice on its Facebook page.
