What are Future Packs?
Future Packs are Powerpacks you can buy now to use later – which give you a discount off your standard rate of power. They’re great for stocking up on power ahead of the colder months or simply paying for power in advance when you have the money to spare.
In the mobile app, swipe left through the circles to a future month. Or go to the menu and tap on ‘Shop’, then scroll down to the Future Packs section.
Log in to your Powershop account, click the ‘Shop’ tab and you’ll find Future Packs at the bottom of the page.

Yes. However, you can sign-up and once you’re switched over, you can start shopping for Future Packs – note the switch process can take anywhere from 7-10 days.

You need to be a current customer in order for us to fulfil the prize. If you switch away, you won’t be eligible for any credit or remaining credit. The prize is not refundable for cash or transferrable.

No probs! Provided the account is still in your name, we can simply swich it over to your new property.

Each winner will have $1000 credit applied to their Powershop account on 1 June 2025.
Each winner will be able to use their winnings from 1 June 2025 towards their winter Powershop bills. If your winter bills are less than $1,000 you can continue to use your credit until it’s used up.

Yes! If you purchased your Future Pack between the 1st - 20th of December you'll be entered into the draw. Purchases made after the 20th of December will not be eligible.
